5 INCH PAN
EGG LESS CAKE
CONDENSED MILK - 1/2 CUP(SUBSTITUTE CURD/YOGURT)
SUGAR - 1/4 CUP
OIL - 1/4 CUP
FLOUR - 1 CUP
BAKING POWDER - 1 TSP
BAKING SODA - 1/4 TSP
MILK - 1/2 CUP
ESSENCE - 1 TSP
CAKE RECIPE WITH EGGS
2 ROOM TEMPERATURE EGG
SUGAR - 1/2 CUP
OIL - 1/4 CUP
VANILLA FLAVOR - 1 TSP
FLOUR - 1 CUP
BAKING POWDER - 1 TSP
MILK - 1/2 CUP
WHIPPED CREAM - 1 CUP
SUGAR - 3 TBSP
VANILLA ESSENCE - 1/2 TSP
WHITE CHOCOLATE - 1/4 CUP
HOT WHIPPED CREAM - 1/4 CUP

Hi , I tried this for my little one bday. Thanks for sharing such a diff way of rainbow cake.. It's very good idea to try it in pan. It didnt spread well in the pan even after applying oil .

Its beautiful but it requires a lot of hardwork
Its a good recipe. I baked at 350°f for 10 mins (180°C). I found the whipped cream to be less to cover the entire cake so I made a NAKED cake with sprinkle on top.
Please decorate it fast else whipped cream will deflate.
Cake is good for 4-5 servings.

We should heat pan after adding oil and then spread cake or before heating
@@premannatux6696 dont heat pan. Just apply oil then put on flame and heat a bit and put the batter. Second round, do it like dosa means sprinkle the water on pan so that it cools down, wipe with tissue, grease the pan and batter again.

Vegetable oil. You can use any vegetable oil. I always use sunflower oil. But please do not use coconut oil and olive oil.

I tried it with avocado oil and it was not good at all.... you said no coconut or olive.... Im joking I did not try this yet but please do not use avocado oil as it distinctly adds an avocado flavor.
@@maintenanceworker3838 sorry for my ignorance. I didn't even know that avocado oil exists. All we use is, coconut oil, sunflower oil, olive oil, gingelly oil etc. Sunflower oil is best for cakes.

Avocado oil and vegetable oil go good together to make a chimichanga, assuming that you like avocado's.

@@syedashtaralishah8012 the amount of batter is less you can double the amount n instead of baking in a pan you can bake it in oven or in cooker by preheating the cooker on medium flame for 10 min n then cook on low flame(remove rubber ring n whistle ) for 10 min for each colour batter .
