    Hey Brad...,. I was just looking back in your video history and didn't see this. How about a corn beef brisket sausage for a reuben hoagie? I'm picturing ground corn beef and high temp swiss cheese cased in a sausage, homemade hoagie bun, homemade sour kraut, homemade thousand island. How legit does that sound.     Greetings from Germany, I've just found your channel & I'm loving your style of Texas BBQ & explanation to the different meals. And that your not shy of showing your work, how to build bbq equipment. Here in Germany the bbq enthusiasts all think and act like their work is rocket science. Or you have to pay a lot for the knowledge.
