11:42 So, what actually happened here is the game tried to spawn you into the map from the original Mario Kart DS, but it loaded in the modded course at that slot instead. It then spawned you at the same position as in the original track, but that's water in the modded track.

In case if you wondering what is this music, it came from Ghost Trick. (For the DS! Now available on Mobile.) The song is referred as "4 Minutes Before Death," which can be heard by going into the dead person's death, by rewinding, obviously enough, by 4 Minutes. Ghost Trick is also made by Capcom, which they made Phoenix Wright, which is he's ALSO playable in Ermii Kart DS as a stand-alone driver. Doge and Grand Dad is also playable, which Grand Dad is an alternative character costume for Doge. Can't believe Vinny from Vinesauce played this.

Edit: the luigis mansion reskin was one of the first track hacks that were avalible on the site. Mario kart 0 was one of the hacks that you were able to download from here so thats why its here although it could also be a place holder for Ermii kart
