There are 2 music videos for ON. This one is more dance focused and the other version is more storyline focused. Their first performance of ON happened on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon where they shut down Grand Central Station so BTS could perform there. But due to the pandemic they've yet to perform it in person for their fans. And to think only 2 members actually danced before joining their company is incredible. The kpop industry is very competitive and they usually hold auditions or recruit you. From there you a trainee from anywhere as short as 6 months to many years (the longest I've heard is 10 years, but that's rare). All the trainees usually live together and are trained in rapping, dancing, singing, acting, and even Korean (for trainees who don't know Korean) or other languages. Then they make cuts until they choose the group they want. Most groups that debut don't even make it to a year so the fact that BTS have been together for over 8 years and are still going strong says a lot.
Many kpop groups don't even make it to 100 days. BTS celebrated their 100 days since debut back then. Look at them now, 8 years going strong and the biggest band in the world. I'm so proud of them. 😢

"That guy can sing" of course, he's Jungkook, the main vocalist, the Golden Maknae (maknae means the youngest in the group) and he's amazing at everything, singing, dancing, rapping, sports, drawing, anything. All of them are so talented, the meaningful lyrics and message in their songs are incomparable.
Not all of them are dancers in the beginning, maybe 2 or 3 of them but they practice really really hard until this day to perfect their performances. They used to practice 16 hours a day but they chase their dreams because they love Music.

BTS are known for their live performances. That’s when you can really see their talent. I would recommended their 2018 and 2019 MAMA performances (MAMA is a Korean award show) I think they’re 20-40 minutes long but I know a lot of people will want you to react to it because they are AMAZING :)
Ok to learn a little bit about how they got together and their achievements I recommend watching “The most beautiful life goes on: A story of bts (2021 update)” by the Asian theory and to watch “an introduction to the 7 members of bts” by Ida S for information on each member. It's incredible how they go in high gear for the whole 6 minutes of the ON video. Also: I'm going out to L.A. to the BTS concert at the end of this month and one of the things I'm gonna do is go to this location where they shot the ON video. The dancers in this video is actually a dance crew in LA called "The Lab". The person who choreod this dance is the girl front and center at the beginning, her named Sienna Lalau and she's actually choerod a few of their dances. She was only 19 in this video. When you spoke about them bring together the best dancers, it made me think of J-Hope's rendition of "Chicken Noodle Soup" He went to LA and collected a ton of street dancers to join in his MV and credited all of them by name at the end of the video and it's just really awesome to watch

THIS is the song that made me Army! I had never heard of BTS, except I saw their billboard once for Levi stadium. But I follow Fallon and BTS performance at Grand Central Terminal popped up & I thought "Grand Central? That's iconic, I gotta check this out." They completely blew me away and I've been die hard OT7 ARMY ever since. I CAN'T WAIT to see them open with this one on the 27th! His dance style includes popping, locking, breakdance, house, hip-hop, street, krumping, contemporary, modern dance, ballet, Jazz, korean dance and martial arts. Jimin was THE top student in Busan arts high school for modern dance and also academically. When he was younger he used to go to dance battles a lot bc he loved dancing, and some say he’s won them. Also another member named jhope is the street dancer. He’s known to of won competitions. Jimin and Jhope are the main dancers of the group.

They're not just a group though... They are really family. That might sound cliche to describe a band but trust us for BTS they are each other's true brothers. They look out for each other and support each other. The older ones have taken care of the younger ones. Especially the youngest, they raised him from a very young teen to an adult. Of course like real brothers they also fight especially for food and vouchers 😂

He's a main dancer and singer (he studied contemporary dance). He is known as the cutie/pretty one of the group, and for his light high sweet tone. Vocal and dance line. 2) Crinkled black hair with face tat (drawn on for the vid), whos hair you liked is V (real name Taehyung). He has a deeper voice. Vocal and dance line. 3) Tall, deep voice rapper with the pink/purple hair is RM (Namjoon). He is a main rapper and the leader of BTS. He is the only one fluent in English. Rap line. 4) All black outfit with floppy brown hair rapper, is J HOPE (real name Hoseok, but many call him Hobi). He is lead dancer and was on an underground street-dancing crew before joining BTS and becoming a rapper. He has a very grimy, sarcastic and humorous tone when he raps. Very smiley (but not in this song). He also produces. Rap and dance line, sub-vocals. 5) Short rapper with black leather jacket and grey-brown hair, deep voice, is SUGA (also known as Agust D under his solo stuff, real name is Yoongi. He is known for appearing "savage" in his rap style and personality, but he is deep-hearted and emotional musically, and very kind and funny. He and RM produce alot of BTS' content. He originally auditioned for their company to be a producer, not an entertainer. Rap line 6) Jean jacket, tall black hair is JIN. He's known for his high belting voice and as a main visual for the group. He studied theater/acting and is nicknamed "World Wide Handsome", cuz he's handsome lol. He had to learn to sing and dance from scratch when he joined BTS. Very impressive. Comedian of the group and the oldest (which is a big deal in Korea). Vocal line. 7) And last but not least, the tall muscular one with the black hair and crazy vocals you commented on is JUNGKOOK. He's the youngest, and the lead singer. He's often front and center in their formations (but there is no "main one" in BTS, in terms of overall talent). He's known for his boyish conventional good looks and crazy vocal control, typical pop voice that can do anything. Vocal line, dance line, sub-rapper.

I've been an army for a quite long time but i still always got so mesmerised by them lol. They're an amazing group of people, not just their amazing talents but their personality is out of this world (when u get to know abt them u'll know what i mean), to see each of them has their own personality as an individual but they're still works as a group and doing a lot of good things through their music and their message. 8 yrs as a group but they been friends for more than 10 yrs already, yes they argue but they always say they are family. They are bestfriends in real life who have common interest and love and that is MUSIC. Individual talents and great artists being put together was a miracle. So they were thinking about disbanding, and nevertheless, they said they decided to move forward with determination to think only about the fans and themselves. The albums that have been released since then are the Map of the Soul series. The albums are filled with songs that reconsider their inner self, the relationship between the seven members, and the relationship between them and fans. If you want to remember their names, there is a UA-cam documentary called Who is BTS? The seven members of Bangtan that really helped me when I first became ARMY. Also, BTS fans love to watch people react to that video and never seem to get tired of it.
I prefer the original (as a first video), to the updated one. Which really isn't an update since it's a different content-producer and it focuses on their professional roles and not really their personality. But both are great videos and should be watched!
You said it perfectly. All 7 members are the Justin Timberlakes of the group. No one outshines the others. You will soon find out, this is called ARMY's OT7. If you think about that thought...THAT characteristic is very rare and has never been achieved by any music group in history (even in Kpop history...Although, BTS is arguably not a part of Kpop anymore due to their massive success; they are considered their own separate genre to many across the globe). THIS is the song that made me Army! I had never heard of BTS, except I saw their billboard once for Levi stadium. But I follow Fallon and BTS performance at Grand Central Terminal popped up & I thought "Grand Central? That's iconic, I gotta check this out." They completely blew me away and I've been die hard OT7 ARMY ever since. I CAN'T WAIT to see them open with this one on the 27th! I WILL be crying, as will probably everyone else in SoFi Stadium, including BTS.

9:45 the member named Jimin he’s the versatile dancer of the group. His dance style includes popping, locking, breakdance, house, hip-hop, street, krumping, contemporary, modern dance, ballet, Jazz, korean dance and martial arts. Jimin was THE top student in Busan arts high school for modern dance and also academically. When he was younger he used to go to dance battles a lot bc he loved dancing, and some say he’s won them. Also another member named jhope is the street dancer. He’s known to of won competitions. Jimin and Jhope are the main dancers of the group.
you'll be surprised to see how close they are 😭 they've been together for more than decade and love eo so much, also not all of them were dancers only 2 out 7 were but all of then are now classified as professionals bc they work super hard and always deliver. you could react to black swan next it's based upon the quote "a dancer dies twice, once when they stop dancing and the first death is more painful" its abt losing your passion
When it comes to kpop, you're gonna be impressed by every group and soloist out there because they put too much effort into their work
They're not just a group though... They are really family. That might sound cliche to describe a band but trust us for BTS they are each other's true brothers. They look out for each other and support each other. The older ones have taken care of the younger ones. Especially the youngest, they raised him from a very young teen to an adult. Of course like real brothers they also fight especially for food and vouchers 😂
BTS is number one for a reason.... yeah I know it's obvious. There are other groups that are good but no one... and I mean no one...is this good. Every single one of them are mind blowing. To me they are perfection. Just perfection.💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

They are the most talented ppl on earth... They produce and write their own songs, they are producers, singers, dancers, and they hv other talents too... Like drawing, boxing, photography ,.... Ect.
As others were saying, their talent is only half of it. They truly are funny, kind, humble, and down to earth individuals. Watch some of their non-music content like Run BTS! Festas, In the SOOP, interviews, behind the scenes of their music videos, dance practices. Their love and respect for one another is just inspiring.
Once you learn their names, you won't even remember why you were worried forgetting in the first place. I just found out about their music last year and now I can tell them apart by the shape of their fingernails LOL!
1) Blue hair guy in all white, is JIMIN. He's a main dancer and singer (he studied contemporary dance). He is known as the cutie/pretty one of the group, and for his light high sweet tone. Vocal and dance line.
2) Crinkled black hair with face tat (drawn on for the vid), whos hair you liked is V (real name Taehyung). He has a deeper voice. Vocal and dance line.
3) Tall, deep voice rapper with the pink/purple hair is RM (Namjoon). He is a main rapper and the leader of BTS. He is the only one fluent in English. Rap line.
4) All black outfit with floppy brown hair rapper, is J HOPE (real name Hoseok, but many call him Hobi). He is lead dancer and was on an underground street-dancing crew before joining BTS and becoming a rapper. He has a very grimy, sarcastic and humorous tone when he raps. Very smiley (but not in this song). He also produces. Rap and dance line, sub-vocals.
5) Short rapper with black leather jacket and grey-brown hair, deep voice, is SUGA (also known as Agust D under his solo stuff, real name is Yoongi. He is known for appearing "savage" in his rap style and personality, but he is deep-hearted and emotional musically, and very kind and funny. He and RM produce alot of BTS' content. He originally auditioned for their company to be a producer, not an entertainer. Rap line
6) Jean jacket, tall black hair is JIN. He's known for his high belting voice and as a main visual for the group. He studied theater/acting and is nicknamed "World Wide Handsome", cuz he's handsome lol. He had to learn to sing and dance from scratch when he joined BTS. Very impressive. Comedian of the group and the oldest (which is a big deal in Korea). Vocal line.
7) And last but not least, the tall muscular one with the black hair and crazy vocals you commented on is JUNGKOOK. He's the youngest, and the lead singer. He's often front and center in their formations (but there is no "main one" in BTS, in terms of overall talent). He's known for his boyish conventional good looks and crazy vocal control, typical pop voice that can do anything. Vocal line, dance line, sub-rapper.

I've been an army for a quite long time but i still always got so mesmerised by them lol. They're an amazing group of people, not just their amazing talents but their personality is out of this world (when u get to know abt them u'll know what i mean), to see each of them has their own personality as an individual but they're still works as a group and doing a lot of good things through their music and their message. I enjoy music a lot but when i get to know what they are, their personality, i have no choice but to stan them for the rest of my life. Thank you for your reaction!

8 yrs as a group but they been friends for more than 10 yrs already, yes they argue but they always say they are family. They are bestfriends in real life who have common interest and love and that is MUSIC. Individual talents and great artists being put together was a miracle. I think no next BTS will happen in century.

They love each other like family, and of course they fight but they have ways to handle that.
BTS members said they felt scared and pressured because they suddenly became famous around 2018.
So they were thinking about disbanding, and nevertheless, they said they decided to move forward with determination to think only about the fans and themselves.
The albums that have been released since then are the Map of the Soul series. The albums are filled with songs that reconsider their inner self, the relationship between the seven members, and the relationship between them and fans. Boy with luv contains a message that they will fly toward fans, not the sun, with wings attached by ARMY. And after listening to Black Swan, you can better understand how they feel by reading On's lyrics. :)

BTS is a top tier group who puts out only quality songs, quality performances. Never lazy with their work. On top of that, them as people, theyre just so beautiful inside out. Given where they are, who they are right now, they are still humble, shy and just all around good people. They love each other so much, always constantly hyping each other up. Its just different with BTS. Its something u need to watch and dig in more to really get why they are different from other groups.
Enjoyed the reaction. The moment you got it... we all felt that "a-ha" moment at some point. This group is not just a Boy Band. They are unique in many ways...

If you want to remember their names, there is a UA-cam documentary called Who is BTS? The seven members of Bangtan that really helped me when I first became ARMY. Also, BTS fans love to watch people react to that video and never seem to get tired of it.

I prefer the original (as a first video), to the updated one. Which really isn't an update since it's a different content-producer and it focuses on their professional roles and not really their personality. But both are great videos and should be watched!
You said it perfectly. All 7 members are the Justin Timberlakes of the group. No one outshines the others. You will soon find out, this is called ARMY's OT7. If you think about that thought...THAT characteristic is very rare and has never been achieved by any music group in history (even in Kpop history...Although, BTS is arguably not a part of Kpop anymore due to their massive success; they are considered their own separate genre to many across the globe). This is why BTS is so loved, set apart from any other artists, AND one of the reasons they are the biggest group in the world.
