I watch your channel all the time! You do some great demos, and I was extra happy to see you talking about the Raster Red Panda (which I have!!) You explained a lot about it - yes it's a very intimidating pedal. You need to really experiment with it to find something 'musical' - but it can really be worth it - and that's the FUN part anyway 😎 There's a huge set of configurable options that open up once you plug the thing into the computer, through the Chrome browser interface. I find it next to impossible to understand the complex buttons without that. Most of the settings need to be set from there, so I would highly recommend it to get the most out of the pedal!

Wow, that intro was SO damn creative and on point! I love how you tie your seemingly normal phrases to the visuals and use that to amp up the creativity. From making the raster into a costumed monster to the cake to just... everything. You tie your scripts with your visuals so well, it's a bit mind-boggling.
Oh, also, the thumbnail made me a little afraid this was going to be a video comment hate type video, so thankfully this was completely not that at all. Then I noticed the number of replies and the likes counter on that and it all came together, lol.

This is such a versatile pedal! In the "melting note" demonstration, it sounded like sometimes it jumped up in pitch before falling again. What causes that effect?

I'm sure you could create a terrifying weapon by attaching various sharp objects to a harp.
Now I'm suddenly imagining Emily as a playable RPG class. Class weapon: Harp, endlessly upgradeable with ranged sonic power (using looted pedals) and random melee attachments and for endgame, you can attach all daggers and shortsword class weapons. Also got "Lure" and "Siren" and "Pacify" slills etc.
In short, RPG Emily is hard to upgrade but ultimately unstoppable.

This is my favorite pedal you've ever featured. Like damn. It just does all those things, and it's all in the language of a delay pedal, and it just sounds so good. If I could put the sounds in my head into a pedal it would basically just be this (and maybe Screen Violence). Even though you technically have control of basically everything it still has a distinct voice that's totally separate from Avalanche Run, Thermae, Polyphrase, etc.
Basically what I'm saying is that when people a long time ago would carve a hole into a rock and pray it would whistle, they were probably dreaming of Raster; so yeah I'd let this Eldritch horror consume me slice by slice.

This is how I felt when I got my hands on the Meris Hedra. I ended up getting rid of it because I was intimidated… still regret that

OMG, Raster manual scares me more than sound of raster itself. Magnificent pedal by the way.

Fantastic video and a fascinating pedal! So much experimental in one box! Feels really familiar but unique with its sound, which is a nice space to occupy.

I'm too sleepy to have videos like this available to me. I totally fell for the stalker thumbnail bait and for a split second my sleep deprived brain tried to figure out the lengths I would go to to protect my favourite harp/pedal geek from physical harm. Would I be able to go vigilante on that stalker's ass wherever that may be? We may never know. But I mean, probably not. Sorry, Emily. Great video though!
