how stressed is everyone? I know the quarter system is very cutthroat especially with the midterms at week 3 and then subsequent exams, but do people find time to manage or cope up with social life and extra curriculars or is the majority of the time spent studying? I really like (love) the ability to do 48 courses and then be able to take any class as i want, but I was wondering maybe if i do apply ed, if this would be more than what i could handle.
hi thanks for the question! it can be cutthroat in some classes that have a curve, and because there are always midterms it can be super stressful. i think most people find time to manage their social life but often NU students are over committed with leadership positions in extracurriculars- which is good but can be hard to manage and not get too stressed out. however finding a good balance is totally do able- you just have to take control of your schedule yourself and not let the culture get the best of you!
I am planning to apply for PhD course in psychology.. can you please tell me more about this.? For PhD I can earn masters as well is it true?.. I am international student any help will be highly appreciated.
Hi Lucia, ED applicant here! Can you get a certificate at a special school if you're in another special school? For example, if I want to go to SESP and want a IMC undergraduate certificate.
