I think a cool idea is to like deku having a quirk that can make quirks and it can not be stolen (like all for one) I think the quirk will called all powers because he has every quirk basically that sounds like a good what if.
What if Deku had Quantum Manipulation? Quantum Manipulation is like Matter Manipulation on steroids, since with his power he is able to Manipulation essentially the universe since the make up of the universe is what he can control, Atoms and all things similar. This also can give him control of the elements since with mixing specific elements you get things like fire, or water, even air and earth. Since he manipulates energies aswell since they are part of Quantum Manipulation, he can manipulate gravity aswell, along with kinetic energy, force, and many others, along with having Telekenises from his Gravity like abilities, and with matter and gravity manipulation, you get even space-time warping like things, such as the abilities to make blackholes and wormholes to other dimensions. Overall, Insanely OP Deku. :D
Also, I am pretty sure the character Dr Manhatten/Dr Kahu = you as the character has Quantum Manipulation, so maybe you could do something like. . I dunno, maybe blessing him to be your successor?

What if deku had luck manipulation how this quirk works is he is naturally very lucky and can give people some of his luck but he can also take the luck of others (this will invert there luck unless they were already unlucky in which case they will become very noticeably unlucky) giving and taking luck requires a choice to do so (this means his quirk can't give or take luck automatically unless he wants to do it) the drawback is to give luck or take luck he needs to know the person's name and how they look (just some further information about the quirk he can't control the odds (because that is probability manipulation) luck can be called considered a magical/supernatural force which means that eventually this quirk will allow him to use a form of reality warping magic and will eventually surpasses quirks which will make him become the god of luck lastly to make some stuff happen this quirk is capable of warping reality)
