Is there a way to model haunch beams in Staad pro ?

Yes. Use tapered section

I know of tapered sections and been using them, I think the design checks are different for haunch sections then tapered one in eurocode

It's fine that the torsional resistance is now automatically calculated. But It still doesn't calculate the shear areas in Z and Y direction, and has to be done by hand. Why?

I guess there is no algorithm that supports doing it currently.
