Amazing design! It would be really cool to see the badge you recieve after defeating Silon (and every other gym leader honestly, as I've always enjoyed taking a look at all the shining medals in the menu).
I imagine he'd be the kind of guy who seems intimidating at first but turns out to have a soft side. For example, his family could be NPCs in the town you fight him in and they talk about how kind he is. There could also be a litter of Pupuddles playing by his house that he takes care of that were either strays or abandoned by previous trainers.
Lolol, I love that "I'm looking at you Alola" bit. I really didn't live Brock & Misty's remake looks in HeartGold & SoulSilver. They just didn't look like themselves anymore. Is it weird that Kabu is my favorite Galar gym leader and to think Raihan is overated? I thought the poké ball storage belt loop devices that Galar trainers had was really original. They need to create new gear in Pokémon games that like that to help with the convenience of storage as well as easy access to your balls. You gotta design the gym badge! I really want to see what the normal type gym badge looks like and what you would name it.
Really like the look of this cowboy! I’ve been trying to work out the potential gym themes from the hints, I think I’ve gathered everything but Im torn between the fire and electric gyms. Could work for either the racecar driver or the basketball player… I’m also really hoping there’s some sort of Dark-type mysterious underbelly involving the Fairy-type Gym Leader. It is PokeDisneyWorld after all lol Do we know the Elite Four’s typing yet?
I think that the name Silas could work for a less confusing name than Silon, iirc the name Silas is already southern if duck dynasty was anything to go by.
I can imagine Silon playing the role of an old retired cowboy who decided to become the first gym leader just to take it easy

Level 15 for a tauros seems odd for me. Is it a tauros raised from an egg. In that case, you missed out on giving it curse or endeavor
