I know thisnisnt the 100 watt but will these fit on rimmed tanks ??

For the S16 30w light, It is only suitable for 0.5cm-2cm thick tank. Other models of PopBloom lights (S16pro, RS90, T30, T75...) can be suitable for a variety of rimmed tanks (tank thickness in 0.5cm-4cm).
