Hey! I'm wondering what is the type of port you are using? USB to SERIAL ? USB to PARALLEL? What's the difference between those two? Does a USB plug work for this machine?

I have tried every possible way to connect this plotter to modern pc’s to no avail. Unfortunately a old xp era style pc with serial or parallel ports is required for these to run correctly.

@@brunobatistavalentin Hi, unfortunately, in my experience there is no possible way to connect these older plotter machines to any modern computer without the computer having a built in parallel or serial port and running an early window os such as xp. i have tried many usb to serial converters on various modern laptops with no luck. i have settled for using my modern laptop for designing an fire up the old tower pc when it comes to cutting.

Mayara Machado the driver should come with the software program and is installed when installing the program. I'm afraid I haven't been able to find the drivers alone.
