Party City on Halloween Eve is some of worst retail/customer service nightmares I have experienced. You will see people devolve into literal beast scrambling for costumes that we're already sold out weeks before by smarter customers avoiding the rush. Every 10 minutes, the aisles look like a tornado or stampede hit them.
The only silver lining was that the manager had our backs defending us when primal karens starting frothing at the mouth about sold costumes. Straight up told them they had more than enough time to reserve costumes and what you see is what we got left.
I hope she never ends up in a position where she has to quit streaming... not just because, y'know, that'd be sad, but it's for her sake, too. She said she'd rather take an office job? Bro, office drama?... Goddammit, man it's just as bad as what customer service folks deal with. It's of a different kind, sure, often internal, so at least there's little to no Karens to deal with, but it's the worst when it involves someone way higher than you. And everyone's just as horny. They're just slightly better at hiding it. Add all that to a desk job that's already soul-sucking on its own and it's just not a great place to be.
It really depends on the workplace. I work in an office as a software developer and the work environment is really good even outside of the it-department. Obviously there are always people who don't like each other but they still behave professional during work hours. Maybe it's that every department has their people situated in a huge room instead of everybody having their own little box.
Doesn't an agency like Hololive have similar work environment?

Well imagine working in a newly opened cafeteria (as a customer service) owned by a boss of several small companies, the cafeteria is just a side hustle for the boss so he let his trusted partner to run it but she lacks employee so the boss lends his employees as helpers but since they're originally office worker, they worked like they would in the office and have office workers mentality resulting in a lot of drama behind the door which make 2 of your friends resigned from the job after just 2 months. Couldn't be me

Yep. Anyone who's worked in the service industry for any length of time has seen some shit. And a lot of the people who get out of the service industry for another job are often like "I'm never going back!"
I've work as a warehouse before as my last job before pandemics lockdown starts, it was quite nice until they talk shit about adult stuff that i should be used to but i just don't feel participating. As a person who works when something is needed and idle if nothing much a small talk is fine sometimes it gets quite annoying when they start asking too personal stuff, probably the only thing about that job since it's quite fine just focusing on your stocks, not going to talk to customers, you could play few games if no works needed, you can travel outside time to time and most of all... if i'm bored i just exercise lmao

I have never done customer service, but I have learned to be unflappable. If my customer service wasn't what my job depended on I'd probably do well in a CS job, so long as people love dark humor and being verbally shat on.

Customer service to me wasn't that bad because I would usually make sure that the customer understands that they are wrong and I am right.
Oddly I never got a single customer complaint (even though I should have) no matter how much I put my customers down or make them wait or even troll them by saying we're closed please come back during store hours.

If Kronii (the character) didn't have a good personality behind her (the person), I wouldn't even care about the character in the first place. Same for any of the other girls.
