Just practice. Find a control scheme that works for you. I play medium sensitive main sights, super low sensitivity when I zoom. So I quick zoom most the time, or watch from a distance. I pop heads consistently.

I've never ran Solo before but the Concertina on the token is the best idea I've ever seen and seems very doable. I'm deffo gonna try solo this week. Awesome video awesome loadout and execution I can't wait to give this ago myself.
Nah, it's not "get good" it's playing as safely as possible. Being good means being good at fighting other players, not running away from other players. This is more of a cheese strat than anything else and he even said so. It takes skill to get high kill games and if there are 2 bounties it takes skill to get both. Doing this is just avoiding as much risk as possible, avoiding any situation where skill is necessary. There is a world of difference here.

@@leopoldo3884 I don't think you understand just how bad my luck is. Like my most banishes in a row is 2 and its always like that. Had I had 3 in a row at any time I'd reach lvl 50 easily. Just last night 1 match went from 1-35 and then we did a passive match straight after and still got bush wookies ripping us a new one.

I got the "5 level 50 hunters" achievement recently and what I did was basically get lucky lol. Win a quickplay, play trios and win 2 and if I'm missing a bit of exp for 50 and I don't wanna risk my level 40 hunter I'll just run around with a bomb lance, farm meatheads and leave lol
I played the game on and off for years and I refused to prestige for 2 years until I got 5 hunters to level 50. For a few days after the 1896 update I struggled to even get a hunter to level 30 with friends. And I just watched this video, logged into the game, survived 6 games in a row with 2 different hunters as a solo with trios and every time I left with a bounty. I got my final hunter to level 50 and another one to level 45 in one sitting I can’t even believe it😂Wow what a rollercoaster, thanks for the tips in the video, I can finally prestige in peace….
I'm new to Hunt showdown (~50-75 hours playtime) and recently got the 5 hunter lvl 50 achievement. All I did was simply play Solo at 3-5AM EST when matches tend to have few players. When the match starts, stay around spawn for a couple minutes just to make sure no one is rushing your nearest compound. When clearing compounds and traveling between, focus all your efforts on killing every zombie you see. Use melee weapons or silenced pistols to avoid making noise when doing so. When first entering compounds, avoid sprinting in case a player is nearby. If you ever hear player footsteps, immediately move in the opposite direction or hide until they clear out. Always listen for gunfire throughout the match. Take note of its direction on compass and then look at map to see which compound those players are likely at, and stay away. Try to get an idea of how many teams are alive in any match. Get the clues when you can, just to know where the boss is so you can stay clear. Bring a few explosive to kill the fat guys for fast xp, but once you throw one... leave that compound quick in case someone nearby comes to check out the noise. Use fire bottles or latterns to kill dog packs. Don't go after the boss until near the end of the match, if at all. Sometimes players will leave contract tokens or teams will kill eachother and you come in last minute and pick up those free tokens, but be patient! Even when you think you're probably the last one in the match, there's still probably someone lurking. Just keep killing zombies and let the timer burn down as low as possible before making any risky moves for a token. If someone does shoot at you in a match, sprint to nearest cover and then just keep running. Play extra cautious on your first match since you don't have perks. Once you get your first extraction, train in perks like self-resurrection, long-range clue scouting, reducing noise and all that good stuff to keep you quiet and alive.
I've been using this tactic for a while now and it makes me feel good now knowing that one of the best hunt players approves of it. It is kinda cheap but honestly screw those bounty campers and if you're playing trios you're already at such a disadvantage as a solo. You gotta do what you gotta do to survive sometimes. It's such a rush being chased by a squad and nothing's more satisfying than knowing you just cheesed a bounty you did virtually nothing to work for.
Trying to get my five lvl 50 hunter achievement. The first 4 came pretty fast but now I'm trying to get the 5th for several weeks. Update: After I got the fifth it didn't take long until all my 8 slots were 50 ^^
i just play normally (duo) and if i manage to get a hunter over rank 40 i will do a save-round and play solo but very carefully. trying to stay away from the action or at least have a distance where i can get away quick if it is too dangerous. kill lots of AI, get clues etc.
@Dale Macarena ➊ i dont look at how many times people prestiged. i look at their loadout. dont play with people using dual wielding for example. stupid luck based shit that shouldnt be in the game
@@6ch6ris6 I use duel uppercuts to give myself an even bigger pool of ammo for my long guns, or if I need to defend a compound the uppercut can 1 shot injured players that have been revived. Most duel wields actually have a “Rhythm” in which you can shoot them and have them be decently accurate that cuts back on the RNG a lot. I find that often times using a sparks puts you at a huge disadvantage in those short to mid engagements with a long 4 second reload, duel pistols helps. If not the uppercuts for an ammo pool of 30 the standard caldwell conversion pistol has a really really tight spread duel wielded and with FMJ ammo you can shred cover with it. Just food for thought.

I had a hunter to level 47 and went into a match solo, found the spider, hit it with a pitchfork once and then my game crashed. Spider killed me. Hunter gone. I am still seething...
Yea I can even remember the amount of times I’ve lost a high level hunter due to desyncing or just game crashing. I usually have to get up and walk away for half an hour to stop myself from smashing my setup
i clicked on the video, heard the music... my brain: "having good movment is just having good knowledge on understanding about mechanics and what youre doing"
My tip is set your region to Oceania or whichever might be the emptiest for you, turn off crossplay and hope you're alone. On Xbox I've done this multiple times. Unfortunately there's no way to fool proof know that you're actually alone until either after the game or enough time passes where someone would have reasonably killed a boss by that point. I've yet to 2x bounty doing this tho out of fear of there even being one person but ive gotten one hunter level 50 and 4+ others in the 20s and 30s doing this. Some of said you can tell if there's either no one else or at least one either guy based on how fast it says "Get ready" after waiting for players at the start

Exactly. Yesterday I've met such a hero already at Blanchet lol. He did not put concertina on the bounty. He put concertina bombs inside the church in those door entrances and 2 concertina traps by the window
Easiest way for me is let's just say you're really bad and only ever survive like 1/4 of the matches you play. Keep playing level 1 hunters. If you survive, cool, time for a new level 1 hunter. Until you have like 5 of them. Then only play those hunters. Same process. If you survive, cool, use a different one, never play your highest level hunter. After a couple days you'll have 10+ level 40+ hunters. And then you just play those and get your level 50 hunters.
I fully support rat play, as opposed to people who close all the entrances of the boss lair with concertina bombs and activated concertina traps and just wait inside with their shotguns hoping the whole server will try to enter trough the same windows they are camping before the time runs out, at least some rats are willing to fight back while they are being chased down and you have to be quick so they don't escape, making the fights actually fun and intense, plus solos are supposed to be better than each individual member of a team.
Rat play I love it haha. I love being a rat, especially to those campers you're talking about. Just throw concertina on the one entrance they left open and it's easy to run away from them without even having to worry.
Once you know how to roll in this game is takes about 2-3 games of Bounty Hunt to get a level 50. Assuming you get alot of kills, bounties, and boss kills. This game just takes time adjusting your settings, controls, and learning the little tricks of the game. Once you do you roll Mofo's every match. 🙌👌😎
Got five 50’s in two days pretty easily. Play a character who has got some free levels from a good trios game then join bounty hunt solo. Play the outskirts of the map and farm all the areas not in the boss zones where nobody will be.( when they start banishing one of the bosses go to the grayed out areas of the map) Bring dynamite to one shot meatheads and just farm on your way to an extract point away from the action.
I have seen players with lower prestige, playtime and like 300 maxed out hunters and also lower KD than me, meanwhile I have 5 hunters maxed, 400hours, prestige 9 and 1,4 KD

I am confused, that is the point of hunt, is sneaking in, getting bounty and attempting to leave..... If you have bounty you kill on your way out. If you didn't get the bounty you hunt the people down before they leave. This isn't a BR, or shoot em up FPS.

Im not bad at the game by any means, I'm usually a 5 star and I take 99% of fights and I have like 300 plus hours and still don't have a level 50 yet, I always get to level 47 and die lol

How I get lvl 50 hunters.
Search for games during the early morning on weekdays. And hope to get in a map on your own. Farm the whole map. XD

Im not bad at the game by any means, I'm usually a 5 star and I take 99% of fights and I have like 300 plus hours and still don't have a level 50 yet, I always get to level 47 and die lol
I actually had the game disconnect twice with a lvl 45 and 47 hunter only to lose them. Still no lvl 50 hunters lol
