Love the message. Here is a true story you will love. Lady walks into my dad’s store with a complaint about a product. My dad responded that he was sorry for her situation but he doesn’t sell that particular product and thereby could not help her. She Insisted and started making a commotion. My dad, knowing he was right and she was wrong, made a quick decision. How could he satisfy the woman. I ask my dad why he caved. The customer is not always right. He replied that he spends thousands of dollars on advertising and doesn’t need a person, even if 100% wrong, bad mouthing his company. Sometimes you have to suck it up in the short term to win in the long term. Thanks for sharing and adding value to my day.
