    RECIPE
    Ingredients
    Raw mango - 1/2 kg
    Sugar or jeggary - 4 tbsp
    Garlic cloves - 15 to 20
    Red chilli powder - 1tsp
    Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
    Salt - as per taste
    Cumin - 1/2 tsp
    Mustered seed - 1/2 tsp
    Oil - 1 tbsp
    Method
    •Peel & chop the mango in small pieces & finely chop garlic.
    •Heat the pan add oil in it let the oil heat , add mustered seed & cumin seed.
    •Add garlic into it & cook for a while keep the flame low.
    •Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder quickly stir the ingredients & add chopped mangoes mix well.
    •Let it cook for 2 minutes and add salt to it.
    •After the mangoes are completely cooked add sugar or jeggary & continuous stir it until sugar or jeggary dissolve.
    •Loungi is ready now keep the flame off and enjoy the delicious treat with every meal.
