I dropped into Norm's a week ago (I live close by) and when I walked through the door, there was Lemmo on a stool - greeting me as I entered. It felt like I was part of a reality tv series. He was so pleasant and endearing that it became obvious that what we see on the channel is the same person - no facade at all. He was engaging, asked me where I was from, and invited me in to look around ever so politely. And, of course, Norm was there and I had a very friendly chat with him for two or three minutes - and then he offered to take a photo with me (which I would attach it to this message if I could). The thing is, I'm not even a guitar player. As with Norm, I had a cancer diagnosis about 18 months ago. I discovered his channel because I was looking for Joe Bonamassa videos. I thanked him for the great comfort this channel has given me for the last year and a half and that I look forward to watching the latest guitar of the day video every evening. This store and those guys are true blessings to me and wonderful people. (p.s. - I bought a Norm's t-shirt which I proudly wear whenever I can.
Mike strikes me as a good soul. His playing really stands out from the sea of guitar players on UA-cam and and in other demos. You can tell he has really delved deep into studying the guitar and all it's aspects. Guitar Andy is the only one on the internet that comes close but Mr Lemmo seems to have the edge. Guitar Andy mainly seemed demo effects so it may not be a fair comparison. They are both great. Mike's jamming at the end of this one, burinin!!!

P.S. playing music is good for your Spirit and mental state of health. Maybe pick out an affordable guitar from Normans. Shop and start learning to play!
I live in Harrisburg Pa, but I am subscribed to Norm's channel. I bought a 51 Telecaster Vintage 2 reissue and 63 Strat reissue. It was a Saturday evening and all the guys chatted with me on the phone for quite a while! I received the guitars about 4 days later and the Strat middle pickup didnt work. I called back and Norm got on the phone and said that they had another one they would send me. I quite liked the one I had as Strats at least for me can vary quite a bit. I said no, I had a tech that would look at and I just wondered if I could get a replacement pickup if the on was dead? "Absolutely!" Norm said. Once again he chatted for a while and as it turned out it was just a loose wire. I rock my Norm's shirts on stage and in the studio. Wish I lived nearby, but then again I would probably be broke AND divorced! Great guys, great store, great service!! You will hear from me again
They’re all really good dudes, starting with Norm! I live on the East Coast, but whenever out in LA I stop by and always a treat
Just bought a White 2018 Gibson SG today at Norman’s. Got a great pic of myself with Norm and Michael. They are shipping my guitar back home to Pennsylvania! Great experience. They were super kind.

Every time I see/hear Mike play I’m inspired to pick up my guitar again! He really has some genuine draw dropping talent, it’s amazing to see

Sold my LE 1954 Les Paul Black Beauty reissue (71 model) on Reverb in 2019 and bought a Martin D28 Authentic 1937. Best decision ever.

Leave the pedals out! Any guitar sounds good through through pedals - the early Beatles never used them and made the best sounds in music history...

Just think in 2015 I could have bought at Standard on sale & am clumsy enough to have put all those dings & wear spots on myself by 2024.
But your guitar would be worth $1,500 now and this one is $12,000
So, guys, seems like you you didn’t want to show too much of this one. I’ve got one from 1995, and this one feels kinda like mine. I’m guessing it already has a home. Am I wrong or what. Sweet axe, and Michael smooth,as always!
Collector’s Choice guitars started coming out in 2013 and this one is worth $10-$12K
What puzzles me is why you are not telling us the price to buy this guitar..
Because then all of these nice comments would be about the price, and with so few understanding instruments in these ranges... the comments wouldn't be pleasant.

Seriously it's a guitar. A very important part of a full review is the price.. no guitar is so special you can't give the price. Unbelievable
