Now before everyone freaks out i am not slighting Frida or any other member of ABBA
Im just a huge Agnetha fan . I understand Frida is just as talented pretty all that and I
love her lead songs too especially Fernando and Knowing me . Im not an ABBA channel .
I just find Agnetha magical pure magic , someone that pretty posses that powerhouse voice
and range . HUGE respect huge fan of Agnetha Faltskog and seems so sweet and nice !

Im a guitar player who worshiped Jimmy Page than one day in 2019 I saw Agnetha
in the waterloo video , im hooked , RESPECT for her and all the members of ABBA.
It is 50 years since Eurovision i wish they would all get together for real not the avatars .
Even to stand on stage and say hi to all the fans who adore ABBA.

I admire your knowledge of ABBA and respect and class in the way you present . SOS is my all time favorite from Agnetha and ABBA but I love all the other ones you listed , love dont shut me down , Ive been waiting for you and WOW she sings it perfectly live . Agnetha is like pure magic how can someone who sings so beautifully almost angelic be so beautiful too ? I have never seen or heard anyone like her . And her vocal performances in Swedish version of Jesus Chris Superstar man the power in her voice and the range hitting those high notes with no falsetto . I even love waterloo becuase she sounds so dam cute its irresistible ! My all time top 3 from ABBA are dancing Queen , Waterloo and SOS. Again i do this for creativity and art reasons i dont make a cent its just the love of music and Agnetha and i have a guitar channel but who the heck wants to see me play guitar especially at 64 years old now ! Im telling you what I would give to meet Agnetha just to sit and have a coffee and tell her she is a huge part of my life and music love . She is #1 on my playlist in my car ! She seems so nice that i know even 5 mins sitting with her sipping a coffee talking music , well talking about how great her voice is would be fun and sweet because she is pure class .

I am far from being a great connoisseur of the history of ABBA, I liked them in my youth, but in my adult life I adore them, I already consider them on the Podium of the Best Groups in History, along with The Beatles (and the third free choice hahaha)
What I notice is that we have an extraordinary coincidence with our favorite ABBA songs:
1) S.O.S. I also agree, I defined it as The Masterpiece (in capital letters) among the many masterpieces of ABBA
and in particular the solo version of Agnetha in Swedish is beautiful, I would make a mix with the verses in Swedish (Agnetha looks more dramatic in her language) and the powerful choruses in English
2) it is very rare to find someone who values "Waterloo" so much, for me it is a fantasy of hooks and killer rhythm in less than 3 minutes to be the most disruptive song (besides The Best) in the history of Eurovision
and that iconic performance by ABBA at Eurovision for me is the most important musical act of the 70s.
3) about "Dancing Queen" there is nothing more to say than has not been said, it is a symphony of Agnetha and Frida at the highest level, nothing to envy the choirs of other great groups like Queen or Bee Gees
Just say that if ABBA were American or British, surely "Dancing Queen" would have been voted the best song in all music history
Aside from that, I heard Agnetha as a soloist in her rendition of Mary Magdalene and it is admirable
(just a month before recording "People need love" which would be the first single with the future ABBA)
I don't know if you know: Agnetha was born in April 1950, almost a month after another female singing wonder: Karen Carpenter. (also one of my favorites)
PS: and I agree with you, my personal taste for Agnetha is not to the detriment of the other members of ABBA, to whom I am eternally grateful for their music and life stories
e.g. I love Frida as lead vocals on "Super Trouper" (my favorite of hers) or the lesser known "One Man One Woman" and her comeback song "I Still Have Faith in You" is moving
@@eduardooscar309 i did a happy bday video in honor of Agnethas birthday . Yes SOS is just a masterpiece , even her talking voice is beautiful . John Lennon said it was one of the best pop songs he has ever heard . Waterloo to me is just what ABBA is it is a rocker yet it is totally ABBA and Swedish. It is an amazing song and to me in the same way Mama Mia does it blends the voices of the 2 girls so perfectly . But I always hear Agnethas voice in the mix i love the thone of her voice . I actually think those 2 girls together are the best vocal duo in pop history . The beatles are of course the benchmark for everyone , all their songs are great and like ABBA they have stood the test of time . There is also so much guitar music I love with Django Reinhardt being my favorite guitar player . There is a lot of great music out there but ABBA is like right there at the top of the heap . Agnetha Faltskog sings like an angel looks like an angel and has a heart of gold just like her vocal mate Frida bot total class and professional beautiful vocalists. It is said that in ABBA when it came tome for them to lay down the vocals in the studio it never took them long because they were so good so on key so professional . What a time it used to be .

@@710LL59 Thanx I've been a 100% fan since I was a child & went to see them when they appeared in Wembley for what we all thought was going to be the very last time,but "Hey-Ho" little did we all know that they'd arise some 40 years later,I went last March & was absolutely gobsmacked at the sheer brilliance of the whole entire show,& intend to "Recycle" the out-fit & "Blond-Wig" 4 my "60th" B/Day Party alongside my lil Grandson's 9th,as his only 3 days after mine 😉 so lots & lots to look 👀🙏very much forward too ! But I am convinced that she suffered much more than Bjorn for the separation, because she was truly in love with her husband, the father of her beautiful children, you can't say the opposite since after a week from the separation Bjorn was already with another woman ( Lena )
agree Bjorn was always more interested in being a rock star , tried to dress like Bowie with a guitar that was never plugged in . And he had no use for the other women and dumped her too . Without those girls voices ABBA would have never reached the world recognition they reached . When I think of ABBA i think of the girls voices and as a musician I think of the great song structures and melodies created by Benny on the piano . But mostly when I think of ABBA i think of Agnetha . I know this gets people mad but to me as you can see Agnetha is the only reason I love ABBA . She seems so real and down to earth so beautiful so much i dont even think she knew how pretty she was .

I agree with your video notes. Love Frida who IMO is the “Dancing Queen” of ABBA. I’ve never naturally been attracted to blondes but Agnetha gets my nod. Can’t totally explain it. She would be my choice if I had one😂 back in the day to marry. Singer or not.

He did get shot and got the purple heart but never talked about the war when he was alive only the aviation aspect of it . He was a great man he could do anything he built our house "ALONE " plumbing , electrical framing carpentry all of it . He even built a boat . Me ? I replaced some shingles on our house he must be laughing looking down on me and Im sure he would have thought Agnetha was a knock out too ! Both ABBA girls are pretty great voices great figures but there is something Angelic about Agnetha her eyes her face the way she moves ok Im done LOL.

What a amazing, great and beautiful song. Even you use all adjetives of beauty you never will describe the emotional feeling this irreparable masterpiece. It´s shows how a break up a relationship can do in the soul of the human being. Everytime I hear this song my heart gets full of sadness, helplessness and incompression but the same time brings piece, senerity and tenderness. There is a mix of feelings, but above all this song is epic and seems new everytime thay plays. ABBA still live for many and many years in our hearts. Frida and Agnetha are angels in the music world. Agnetha cantou novamente essa música e, no final, ficou triste. Essa música realmente foi a que mais atingiu seus sentimentos profundamente. Lembra o fim de seu casamento com seu primeiro marido. Infelizmente, ela, linda e muito talentosa, sofreu muito na vida. Comigo, se nossos destinos se cruzassem, quando éramos jovens, ela seria muito feliz, pois nossos signos combinariam muito, por ser eu de leão e ela de áries. A vida é assim mesmo. É muito difícil encontrar a alma gêmea. E, às vezes, ela está em outro país, falando idioma diferente.
