That is factually incorrect, but the second pitch in this video went along with this due to the way major portion of public understands those words. There is radiation therapy and chemotherapy. Radiation therapy is what uses nuclear radiation from radioactive elements to target cancerous cells and chemotherapy - chemical therapy means use of chemicals aka drugs to target, kill or prime cancerous cells for radiation therapy.
My bad - he is probably talking about intravenous chemotherapy.
