They discuss what Gus Malzahn has brought to UCF & the advantages the Knights have as a Florida based team in a Power 5 conference that also gets to play in Texas multiple times a year.
The guys round out the show making some predictions on how the Knights debut season in the Big 12 will go.

Ten years ago, UCF moved up from C-USA to the American. The sports media and social media talking heads all predicted that it would take UCF a few years to come up to the level of competition in the American; just like they're saying now about UCF entering the B12. UCF won the American conference in their first year. They beat Penn State, number 6 ranked Louisville, and lost a close game to number 3 South Carolina. UCF went to the Fiesta Bowl and dominated Baylor, the B12 champions, and finished the season 12 - 1. This year's UCF team is much more talented and has more depth than that 2013 team, but I don't think any of the current B12 teams are better today than that 2013 Baylor team.
UCF will be blue blood status in the B12 in a few years. The B12 is the only conference with footprints in TX, OH, and FL. That means UCF will be able to recruit in 3 good HS recruiting grounds in the country. The Transfer portal will also get them talent once they start competing for conference championships and playoff spots. Idk what their NIL situation is but I’m sure that will work itself out too.

Those first 2 conference games should tell us a lot about UCF.
