- Im a car guy and a construction guy and some day I will bring my two passions together, but until then I need to appreciated other builders success. This house was built so nice and had this amazing car lift for the basement. I have no idea what they plan to put down there but it will be cool I'm sure.

I'm excavating my garage floor right now to create an additional parking space. The tricky part is, I HIT WATER! Now things are getting complicated. Every house with a basement should have one of these.
