The year is 1274. Samurai warriors are the legendary defenders of Japan-until the fearsome Mongol Empire invades the island of Tsushima, wreaking havoc and conquering the local population. As one of the last surviving samurai, Jin rises from the ashes to fight back, but honorable tactics won’t lead you to victory. You must move beyond your samurai traditions to forge a new way of fighting-the way of the Ghost. Ghost of Tsushima is an action-adventure stealth game. It features a large open world without any waypoints and can be explored without guidance.

Fun language fact: in Belgium we say ‘Mongol’ to refer to people that are from Mongolia, but at the same time we use the word for people with Down syndrome, it’s commonly used as a curse word like saying downie. So every time the game is like ‘watch out the mongols are coming!’ I’m laughing so much because it’s like they’re saying ‘watch out the downies are coming!’🤣🤣🤣

I was so disappointed when Hollow didn't even react to the introduction of the Mongol leader... that's a history lesson right there...what Assassin's Creed used to do... the guy was Khotun Khan, cousin of Kublai Khan, grandson of the legendary Genghis Khan.
I love how the graphics look stylistic while remaining realistic. The colors are very vibrant and sometimes look like something out of an old painting. I love everything about it.
