Regarding the thickness of the neck, stallions of many breeds tend to have a thicker neck than mares (and even geldings depending on when they were gelded). It seems to be especially noticable in draft and baroque breeds but it's actually pretty common.

Nice they added an uncommon breed. I expect a powerful gallop. I would a seal bay with a star, a blue roan and some leopard/Tiger patterns

I love draft horses a lot! I've never heard of this one before but I am super excited for it, I love seeing how the SSO team "translates" the horse into the game style. Honestly I'm more so excited because the dutch wb and the selle francais look too similar to each other so to me it feels like they just added two of the same horse in a way lol, so I think a new draft horse is a nice edition

The Gen 3 Jorvik Friesian will not be replaced by the new Gen 3 Friesian as they're entirely different breeds.
