I was a teacher and we had a real lock down and it was terrifying and I quit end of year and won’t teach again I can stop a gun,an! Seriously crazy to be upset teachers didn’t either
We, the school have investigated ourselves, and wouldn't you belive, we found no wrong doing, thank God we didn't have a written policy to interven but do have implied immunity. Nothing to see here...

As a former Mich school employee.. there were so many people that could have been proactive in stopping this if handled the right way. From the parents to the administration..etc .. I hope this all comes out and helps Ethan and the families that have been ripped apart. Let's learn from this and heal the wounds of the community.

Now I stop this video about 3 minutes in when he started talking about this security guard. By the tone in his voice, I will bet a million to one that this security guard is black because if she was white, they would already know a security guard will only break up fights. Security guards make about 12 to 15 dollars an hour and you want this woman to go full Rambo when you don't care if she makes enough to feed a goldfish not to mention an entire family. All security guards are just scarecrows unless you're paying for the 30 dollar an hour one which you, were not. They say 💩always rolls down hill and now it's time to play the blame game. There should have been 2 Police Officers in every school in a room with T.V.. monitors and 2 security guards walking the halls for small issues. Most security guards have zero training and are just cheap deterrents and the fact he's now trying to throw this "women" under the bus to save his own skin is Sicking. ....GRIM
