I did ketamine therapy about a year ago. It’s typically 6 sessions of low dose ketamine. You take it in a meditative state with a therapist and doctor. The “high” lasts 45-60 minutes and it’s life changing when combined with talk therapy. Essentially, it helps break down the barriers in the brain to help you create better habits etc. Tana and Jeff, do it! It’s way different than doing it recreationally.
Like I ship them but it makes me feel so sad and uncomfortable for their dates/other potential partners because they play SO hard into the “we want too but just can’t and won’t”, if I ever started dating someone who had a “best friend” like this, I’d be OUT OUT
