sa sobrang dami ng nagba blog halos lahat ng bentahan ng mga house & lot ay sobra sobra ang itinaas sa you tube or ads. some are also charging what they call "professional fee" , and some "move in fee", "reservation fee" etc...etc... though you're not sure whether they're real licensed realty broker or just a mere blogger? CREBA or the government should look into this and they must be charged of tax too! and often times you'll encounter an unethical unprofessional seller who can not even post the details of what they're selling. and one thing more, are foreigners allowed to broker a realty property in the Philippines?

I do not think it was unprofessional at all. It was very refreshing to watch and not annoying the way "professional" real estate people does it, where they breeze through the house and missing important areas (to me), that I like seeing. I am here in the USA and this is how I would like to watch a house tour. Too bad it was raining or I am sure she would have shown every nook and cranny of the garden, jsut the way I like it!
