Refocusing on the original J Block. Can it be saved? I had a lot of distractions during production. For that, I apologize. Doing this without proper PPE, kids running around, and dogs out is not recommended. Enjoy the video!!!
Always love watching your videos, I'm learning a lot! I've got a 1980 115 I need to get back on the water. Keep posting.
I love your work on these motors! I think these where the most reliable outboards built.
They are!
Looks great that scuff being that far down isn't going to hurt that at all. The top of the jug still looks good too, looks like it didn't get damaged
😢 did you see those hurt little feelers!!! Been there done that and 30 years later they still remember. Take one day at a time and enjoy it to the fullest. There may not be a tomorrow
He was talking about your kid. @@MerCSonL6 He's saying that if you hurt your kids feelings that they still remember 30yrs later. And it's really not worth it for a vid
@jamessimpson3162 I misread. I understand how it looked. I was kidding. I have 3 girls (17, 11, and 3). I would never intentionally try to harm my children. I actually include my older ones in some videos and get them involved. I actually get mocked for it even though we are having a good time and laughing.
i get it man. but to be honest, i don't mind dogs barking, kids yelling etc. its more real like you would be hanging with a buddy. Anyway, seems like the guy that wrote it might have some regrets in his life and was just giving you a heads up. No harm, no foul.

@@MerCSonL6 it's all good. I like your videos. I rebuild L6's like you do. Working on a Glastron Gt 150 right now w/115. Hey I even have the same Kawasaki drill. Keep up the great video content. 👍👍
Very informative. Keeping L6 motors going. Lots of miles still left in this motor. Btw, I am looking for a used distributor. My trigger is gone. Thanks.

Great job but next time use the proper PPE when working with toxic chemicals like that
I hope I never have to do this again.... buuuut I am sure I will.
@MerCSonL6 just protect your self and those around brother
