When Sharon Goodman was making a positive impact at the beginning of the year, I read up on her story, her family. She probably didn't have the athletic success that she wanted, but I hope she takes the good times, the fun, the memories with her. If she ever reads this, I think everybody would want her to know that it's always better to have been in the hunt, the chase, the game, than to be a never-was. She exhibits a maturity and character far beyond her years.
Gabby Marshall is such a a beautiful person. I hope she gets her shot going for her last games at Iowa. If she gets it going, I think Iowa will make another final four run.
Sadly, so many women playing college basketball these days are bitter losers, play dirty, and are often ready to fight at the drop of a hat. It is so refreshing to see classy women like this represent women's basketball. I'm not from Iowa, but I love to watch Caitlin and her well-coached, well-disciplined team play. go Hawkeyes!
I am a 65-year-old man and I sure loved following this team. The girls are not big enough to stuff the ball and thus are great shooters and passers. Thank you.
She handled the tough questions perfectly. Everybody is only interested in why? When? How? As most people suspected, she wanted this weight off her shoulders so they can focus on the playoff. And Iowa fans shouldn't be too sad she's leaving. It could be a blessing in disguise. Maybe they will play better as a team if she's not always the focal point,when nobody expects them to win. She brought a lot fans into Hawkeye Nation and those who appreciate the small town family atmosphere will continue to support Iowa.

Then there's CC, AAA graduate with BS in Marketing, first pick in W draft. And people wonder why these ladies are role models?! Not an "Enterprise Key Fetcher", "Drive-thru Technician", "NGO/ Social Change", "Communications", or "Speech" major in THIS bunch, muchless anyone who's academic eligibility to play or academic eligibility for awards that require classroom competence is in question! And it's at IOWA, not some other schools that just require athletic ability and the IQ of plankton! Lol
Found this interview to be very disrespectful, this is suppose to be about the players, not the coach all up in everything to get her mug in news, I would have preferred to see Molly Davis instead the coach. The coach is not that special, the players say so out of respect, the players are good
