Thank you for highlighting Cordova Nursery. We discovered it on our last trip to Encinitas about 2 months ago. Another great spot is Gardens by the Sea on Coast Highway. It had a great selection of succulents, pots, cactus, some house plants. It's a wonderful place to go shop. Another great place is Anderson's La Costa Nursery. We plan on going to Encinitas again soon. Oh if you are really interested in seeing a large variety of succulents and cactus, go to Waterwise Botanicals in Bonsall. They do have an area of houseplants as well but this place is known for its succulents and cactus. Happy trails and maybe we will run into you.
.... Speaking of relaxing, have you been to the Rainforest Flora in Torrance? They don't sell a lot but the waterscaping in that place the giant Koi fishies.... and the giant monsteras, alocasias, colocasias, aerial plants.... 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 just listening to the gushing water melts all stress away.... makes me want to convert my backyard into a tropical oasis....

It’s a really nice nursery so many different plants to choose from I also liked the hanging basket with the orange flowers I’ve never seen so many flowers and it was so full thank you for taking us along
Hi Patrick. I would have been adding to my Hoya’s for sure here. I have very small ones. But would have paid $20.00 for larger plants. Places here are charging $34.00 and up for them. I would also like another narrow form Swiss Chess plant to put with the cutting I have. But they are out of my price range right now. Thank you as always for taking us along. Hi Patrick! I need to go to this nursery! What beautiful Dessert Roses! I just got one at Home Depot, needless to say it’s definitely not as bushy but I got it for a pretty good deal and it’s about to bloom!!!
Hi Patrick! I got my curtisii at Mickey Hargitay plants by west hollywood months ago but I went there last week and they still had some. I feel like they always have it there 😊 they do love some humidity and lots of light but once they feel at home they grow pretty fast 🌿

It'll definitely love your grow tent 😊 one more tip, if you're going there on a weekend, it's better to go early because they usually have a line and they only give you about 15-25 mins to shop. It varies. I haven't really gone on a weekday but it should be better than the weekend, I'm guessing lol.
Try Hoya Curtis I in a transparent orchid pot so u can see how moist the soil is and the roots. Put in a catche pot. Not hard at all. I use a lot of fine orchid bark in with the soil and pearlite

variegated dischidia oiantha I got mine from Mickey’s plants near West Hollywood only 18$. I feel this place is very overpriced lol. You should check out Mickey’s plants, they sometime have cool stuff, they typically restock Wednesday or Thursday, you can check with them :)
My Hoya curtisii is such a drama Queen, I had her since November, almost died a few times. Now it lives in a glass vase and is shooting out some new leaves! 🌿😢😩
