Michigan is the wrong place for a first-time HC. I like Sherrone. I'm sure he's a great person and I know he's an awesome O-Line coach but he's not ready for a B1G HC job, IMO.
He won't take over the offense bc he doesn't want to be responsible when everything looks the same and we see he can't fix it. It is literally the only reason Kirk is still there.
