Isn't chalk painted AMAZING! We actually found those antique legs, on the side of the road, they were red and had a round red laminate table attached. Chalk painted them, and added new wooden rollers (2 of the original ones were broken) We bought the top from Home Depot, and my husband made the wooden skirting under it, and I stained it. I love the way it turned out, so OLD FASHIONED.
Love all these projects and your GORGEOUS home! You are so talented and creative. I feel the same with all the ideas in my head-it’s exciting but overwhelming deciding what to do first, and just getting started! Omgoodness I need to go to dollar tree asap!! Im also on a little wallpaper journey, I ordered some from Amazon too but I think maybe it’s a little too metallic and out there, but maybe it’ll work we will see! I’m definitely eclectic so we will just go with that LOL! I’m also adding more color to my home-we have a lot of similarities and the timing of our journeys are also tracking together ❤ I love your style and your personality is so authentic, humble and sweet. You’re a natural on camera!! Thanks for sharing your ideas and home with us ❤❤❤
All the same, to you as WELL! OUR ALL-WHITE PAINT, LOL You are definitely a talented speaker and writer at heart!. And yes, our journeys are very similar. You are going to laugh, about the wallpaper issue...The bird contact sheets from dollar tree, where the right scale, but not quite the right color. The William Morris paper was beautiful, but the scale was too big! Plus, the strawberries in it were the "dreaded red" color:) Loved your last video! It feels so HOMEY when you have curtains up... and I agree the closer to the ceiling the better. Just getting projects done is such a relief. You seem natural on camera as well, not sure if I do, BUT I am going to choose to believe you! Thank you for all the encouragement you bring to us each WEEK! GOOD LUCK ON THE WALLPAPER HUNT. I was looking on Amazon as well today for samples. Great minds think alike!

@@ourtimberhome that is so cool! Well done!!! 🙌
Love the projects!!!!! I saw on a video somewhere,,, if you add a little fine sand to your paint, it will give you a nice texture. :)
