GT managed to never fail in both being a summarising and mashing of proper Dragon Ball things + being a closing of the said DB series.

The lack of a new season announcement, the heroic music, “It’s time for the final showdown.”
This really feels like the end of an era for FighterZ. ArcSys isn’t done with Dragon Ball, that’s for sure, but it seems like this iteration of FighterZ is coming to a close. It’s been a fun ride and I’m ready for whatever comes next.

Edit: After thinking over this for months, along with the release of a new patch and the announcement of Lab Coat 21, maybe this isn’t the end of DBFZ yet. I’m excited to see what comes next.

Now THAT'S how you make an intro. Kinda was hoping for another pack, like a villains pack; for example Buu (Gohan Absorbed), Metal Cooler, Omega Shenron, Bojack and maybe Dabura. However, I love this game, I personally think the cast and crew who made this possible did an amazing job, and I want to give them the love and recognition they deserve.

A few tears might have been shed watching this trailer, the music, the two gogetas fighting against one another, the smile showing how much they're enjoying the fight, the music. Growing up with dragon ball this was amazing to watch. Looking forward to playing him
I actually cried while watching this cause I feel like this is truly the last character.. Updated intro with all characters, SSJ4 Gogeta placed down the middle of the entire roster, this amazing song playing during this trailer. Honest to god, I fucking love this game so much. It makes me cry cause this was the first game that got me so into fighting games besides Smash, Unist, BlazBlue, & Guilty Gear but I can’t wait for a potential DBFZ 2 and Strive coming out later this summer.
Thank you everyone at ArcSys (if this really is the end) cause they really delivered an amazing Dragon Ball fighting game for the fans and for the FGC to enjoy.

@@Orion_280 most people will always have reason to complain. Arguably the best of Dragon Ball is before Z, DBZ escalated a lot but each arc just meant there had to be an even bigger bad guy, power scaling started to get out of hand after the Frieza saga, now DB is where it is, with Goku and Vegeta being the main characters and everyone pretty much on the sidelines.
GT didn't remedy anything, but neither did Super, both series weren't the greatest but definitely had some great moments and great characters.
At the end of the day most people love Dragon Ball as a whole, it isn't a deep anime but a fun action filled one and really that's okay.

I ended up crying because of the music brought ancient memories very good of time where I did not have to worry about which side you are where you came from school just to watch the dragonball gt
DBGT was the first DB i finished watching. Seeing the most powerful fighter of that series being made so faithfully and above all fighting to the song of GT's opening made me legitmately happy, because for the first time i am seeing a part of my childhood experience with DB getting some love and respect. Thank you so much ArcSys and Bandai.

It has so good and cool characters and forms in it like Baby, Omega Shenron, both SSJ4 Goku and Vegeta, and my all-time favorite character SSJ4 Gogeta. By far one of the best things to come out of GT.
I have a spot for the baby arc and the omega shenron arc.

Bandai brought the biggest smile to my face when both Gogetas started fighting each other. Even if that dramatic finish is a loss for one of them, it's certainly a hell of a way to go out.

Trailers always hype the latest character as being stronger than they are in order to advertise. Going by actual lore, SSB Gogeta would bend SSJ4 over worse than he did Broly.

@@thewarner2139 I forgot who made it but there was a guy that made an animation (8bit animation) of Gogeta ssj4 vs Gogeta blue and in the preface et basically says that Gogeta ssj4 is using god ki and is a super saiyan god but a different kind of it , since, to fuse Goku 4 and Vegeta 4 used the energy of gohan, Trunks and Goten if I remember correctly, so this plus the fusion Goku/Vegeta that makes 5 Saiyans but since it's a fusion it's slightly different than super saiyan god, but it still has the same "physics" , which is why Gogeta has red hair compared to Goku and Vegeta's black in ssj4
@@samplebample1194 SS4 isn't using god ki. And no, they didn't use the other saiyans energy to fuse. In the anime, they bought Goku and Vegeta time to fuse against Omega Shenron.
