Taffy was easily the best character in the film. They could've easily done the usual stereotype of the step-sibling being antagonistic towards the protagonist. But they actually do the exact opposite where Taffy is an absolute sweetheart who is very supportive of Lisa, is always there for her, wants to be best friends with her, and wants her to feel welcomed into the family. That was such a refreshing change of pace.

And even though she literally saw cole and lisa kill the guy she likes, she still has the care for lisa to visit her grave at the end. Taffy is the GOAT for real.

Asking her friends to take Lisa home doesn’t make her a great sister it was the least she could do, and well Taffy slept with the guy she knew Lisa liked so she couldn’t blame her for being so mad, also remember that party they were in the beginning of the movie, where was Taffy when Doug took advantage of Lisa? She was too busy talking to Micheal, she didn´t even take Lisa home she had to walk all the way back alone while intoxicated. I think in a way Taffy deserved that because was so insensitive towards Lisa and her trauma of losing her mom, she told her friends about what happened even though she promised she wouldn’t which led to their classmates spreading a rumor about Lisa being the one who killed her mom, I noticed Lisa felt a certain satisfaction to know that sooner or later Taffy would find out her mother was dead and go through the same pain she did, and I did feel sorry for Taffy until she said “you don’t have to worry about anything because your mom has already been murdered!”, but still Lisa apologized to her, said she loved her and that she was a great person and gave her her mother’s rosary

Liza Soberanos acting improved a lot using English language. Shes a natural acting in English. Her acting in Tagalog was only average like she struggle a bit with how to act because of the language.
In my opinion, even using the Tagalog language, she was really good. She didn’t sound awkward at all either in Forevermore, Eveyday I Love You or Alone Together

I wrote sort of a fanfic with a friend about how the sequel could be like, we had the idea that the sequel could start with Henry (I have this theory that this is the name of Cole Sprouse’s character because he is Henry Frankenstein like in the 1931’s movie) giving Lisa new body parts so now she could come back to life entirely just like he did and the two of them would be living in a cottage in the woods with a sweet blind elderly lady who took them in. Taffy would most likely not be there since Lisa left with her husband, this movie is about a misunderstood undead couple it’s not about sisterhood

The killer never getting caught was quite a loose end they never got to tie up (although I think it was a reference to Kathryn’s movie “Freaky”) but I didn’t even realize the “family axe”, it would have been a really cool twist too bad it didn’t go that way, maybe he intended to kill Janete as well I mean who could stand that woman?
