    Most other microcurrent device say to always use nitrile gloves, so you don’t waste the current on a hand treatment is there something special about the Triway that keeps the current off your skin and onto the gloves and onto your face?

      The nitrile gloves are only required when treating someone else. They are not necessary when treating yourself. The current will travel over your face from one glove to the other as well as treat the hands.
