yeah, most motocross stands are wobbly like this but thats because they are only meant to hold the bike and maybe change a tire once at a time. for really working on the bike i would recommend a hydraulic bike stand

I'm afraid if I remove the rear wheel with the rear tyre on the ground, it'll just fall backwards.

@@PochiRS just place it more forward and maybe use a rachet strap on your fork but i havent had any problems without any straps

Yes, it could be disastrous if the front-back balance is not taken into account.
