I just looked this album up on the metal-archives. It's no wonder this album is so fucking epic. Every musician that showed up to make this album has serious pedigree.
I'd say that 75% of the metal bands I've discovered during 2018 and continued listening to, have all been heard for the first time on this channel. This is my most frequented youtube channel.

Try some bands like Leviathan (Scar Sighted for sure), Yith, Mgla, Gratzug, Kalmankantaja, Mesarthim... many more but that covers a huge area of black metal territory.
These supergroup collabs so seldom produce anything of interest, but man, "Draumleiðsla" is the musical equivalent of being present for a particularly nasty haunting in some godforsaken abandoned castle. Properly obscure and properly BLACK. Think I'll have another listen...
It's simple af. I was listening to the band and as Wrest has stated in an interview that he doesn't like most of the bm that comes out I was like yeah he would like this tho. Then went on to find that he was part of the project. Explained ok? Or do I need to make a thesis on it?
