I'm 5th generation Malaysian of Indian ancestry. My mom is catholic from a staunch christian family, dads a hindu from a staunch hindu family. They got married early 80s with resprctive families approval and neither converted. They brought me and my younger sister up with the freedom to choose our religion we felt comfortable with (both of us finally chose to be hindus in our 20s eve though were much closer to mom's side of the family ). We grew up celebrating every hindu and christian religious festivals. Dear friends It looks sensible, peaceful and reasonable not to hurt or convert. Yes one has to respect the other faiths. But in a family mother and father are from different religious backgrounds that situation is lukewarmness in their respective faith. Faith is something one has to be focussed and sincere. Honoring and compromising are different. One has to stick to their faith if they know it's the Truth without any compromise. One can compromise on any other issues but never when it comes to faith and God. It's the ultimate one and decides the destiny of the Spirit. So, I am sorry for this family. Father is Hindu and mother is a catholic. Children are something. Religion or God must be the priority in anyone's life. We honor but never compromise in selecting the partner. Partner should be of same faith. If you are hurt by my comment please excuse me friends. But it's the truth Truth is absolute not relative.

I and my 2 bros are early 2000s kids, born of a Muslim mom and a Hindu father, personally we were never taught religion in literal sense, both my parents are pretty much athiests until festivals show up. My mom shows the same keen faith or excitement for Hindu festivals like Rath Yatra, Kumara Punei while my father as my father in Aid-ul fitri and Muharaam. Families are also ok for the most part and we mostly avoid the negative people. Regarding religion, we all chose to be Hindu, one of my bros converted to Sri Vaishnava hindu sect. We tend to see that Muslim/Christians are usually keen on spreading their religion, but we all chose to be Hindu to follow both of the religions efficiently. We remain mostly neutral as we get to know the stereotypes held by different religions, Muslims/Christians usually think we worship lot of idols, eat dung, still do casteism etc, while Hindus think the former are petty colonizers who destroy native cultures, marry their sisters and kill voraciously. Both are somewhat true, to an extent anyway.
both are somewhat true?? Hindus don't eat dung bruh. Also, everything you said about muslims is actually true, they have destroyed entire cultures and civilizations. Maybe read up on world history a bit more because your level of knowledge is a bit lacking on this issue.
So you picked the religion of your father....RSS's Mission Accomplished....In this Interview She says, They never Tell their children to follow either of their religion ...But they surround Their house with Hindu Rituals.....and she Celebrates 'EID' (god knows that) Yearly ..guess which iz going to impact more....i m sure you must have saw your so called 'MUSLIM' Mother pray 5 times a day while being in an In-Valid Marriage (In The Eye of Islam) and fasting Ramadan every year and fullfilling other required duties of 'REAL MUSLIM'.........its Better to be on a side than sailing on three boats simultaneously....
So if they chose to be Muslims you'd have been all happy because IS/S j/had mission accomplished? You sound ignorant. Congrats- You just showed OP why they made the right decision to become Hindu rather than Muslim. RSS didn't accomplish anything, but you seem mad pressed for someone choosing a faith that they feel most aligned with all because it isn't the faith you belong to. Perhaps spend more time on your own faith and becoming more self-assured about it because this read a lot like you're insecure about your own beliefs and you're looking for others to convert to your faith to feel like you're on the right path. That's immensely sad. @@afroj.a1

Enjoyed the conversation
Nice to see her, bold, honest, beautiful. I was listening to her for the first time. She is of my era. happy to see her successful.
I loved Khushboo then and even now, great fan of yours. I really enjoyed listening to your interview, raising from being an actress to entering politics it’s quite remarkable. I like what you stand for women and their rights which is much needed in India. I appreciate your openness and vulnerability and even saying that you’re sorry for your past relationship. I myself went through a very abused marriage suffered immensely and loosing my children for over a decade. Through this process of pain, agony no where to turn too I realized if I cannot fight this out by myself nobody can really help. I must say that through the pain and trauma I have become a strong and courageous person I don’t fear to speak and stand for the truth. As you know when you speak the truth it sets you free. So keep up your good work wishing you and your family loads of happiness and blessings. ❤
Knowing Khushboo from 1987 Ranadheera Kannada movie, I have learnt so much about her from this interview. Glad that I watched this interview. Thanks for uploading.
I adore Khushboo from my childhood and now even more.. ❤
WOw...thx for sharing!
both are somewhat true??
@@afroj.a1Stop bullshitting, man!
@@afroj.a1
Absolute respect to Kushboo.
She is so articulate
To go through so much and yet find the courage to come out with it..hats of to her..❤
I love this Woman ❤ so bold, beautiful and out spoken ❤
SHE IS EXTRAORDINARY AND OPEN , NOW I UNDERSTAND THE US LAWS AND RESPECT SO MUCH ! ULTIMATELY THE TRUTH IS THE ONLY ESSENCE OF LIFE !
Tough life. Numerous girls still living in that dark world. These men will kill own daughters and sisters if they try to escape.
So well spoken, Hats off Kushbhu. You remained true to yourself. Continue to stay strong and speak your mind.
Married to muslim man I dont think the same reception would be received ..
This interview just reminds me of Former TN CM Jayalalitha’s interview with simmy garewal. That was a phenomenal interview and this one added a cherry on top it. Both the women are super strong, can easily call as iron ladies of India. Hats off to the courage and command in the language they got. Super proud ❤of
So glad she spoke so favourably for BJP being a Muslim. We all know this reputation of BJP being anti Muslim is politically motivated.
Hats off to her honesty and the ordeals she has gone through at such an young age and to come out of it.
Khushboo, you are a darling!! You will remain the darling of masses for your honesty! God blessed you with a beautiful mind. 'Well done girll'
Great! This program inside out is in real..feel proud & respect🙏💐 for rarest of the rare woman khushboo..hat's off to you💖💐👏
One of the light minded individuals .. Khushbu Mam.. Fighting personality ..with Always smile on the face. Speaking her mind ..in today's world where everything is so dramatised and scripted .
Amazing story. Khushbu is very intelligent , tough lady!!
In a country like India, it is not easy for anyone to speak of such things even today. Just look at the comment section and the judgement.
As a man, I respect her. Kudos 👏
Did you actually read the comments? I only see supportive comments, have been scrolling down, none bad so far
Only you are negative here judgement about India . Not 140 crores people have same mindset and they surely have different opinions on any issue.
Omg I hv fallen in love with khushboo after this interview, just so open n honest, it's a rarity
Great interview
Kudos to Khusboo, you are really brave.
In the context of Love Jihad , one needs to understand that the two religions are different . Hinduism in inclusive - there is no hate for other religions .In Islam there is no question of believing in anyone but Allah. So marriages into either of the two faiths would have different consequences.
My friend told me now a days ExMuslim movement is in full swing in entire world... ExMuslim Sahil, Adam ( greatest religious scholars in the world, noone can beat them) , Asad Noor of Bangladesh, Asgar Ali , Amina Sardar ( Afghan Swedish), Harris sultan ( pakistan british), Nuriyah khan ( Pakistan, Saudi British) and hundreds of channels ... He told there is a sunami of muslims ( mainly women) leaving islam to become ExMuslim... It's really shocking..
Is it real or just fake ?
@@isshiomi6364 lol then you must also know how there is also a tsunami of people converting to Islam recently. More and more people are joining Islam than leaving! 😊
@@Abeliever125 it's confirmation bias, u will see what u want to see, n then youtube starts showing similar videos, I have seen all kinds literally, muslim to ex muslim, muslim to Christian, Christian to athiest, athiest/ Christian to muslim, I don't care much though, whatever floats ur boat, or brings happiness n meaning to ur life, imo religion is not for everyone, I have seen ex muslims thriving after leaving their religion, n some people thriving after becoming muslim, just dont shove ur beliefs/ ideologies down other people's throat, be tolerant n respect freedom of speech, human rights based on secular humanist principles.
@@hebahamid884 Why are you so annoyed by the comment I made? are you an ex Muslim or a fake account by Muslim Name. Anyway the truth will prevail whether we like it or not. Peace!
And by the way in our religion is the same there is no hate for other religions.
For you is your religion, and for me is my religion.

Such a strong and honest lady! Wish her all the best.
I ever wonder if Prabhu or any men can talk so boldly and truth to fullest, kudos to khusboo ❤
She did not speak the whole truth. She was also involved with Jayaraman . He got her a bungalow on boats club road (?)
Thank you so much Barkhaji for such a lovely interview
I am so proud of you , you are truly an inspiration 🙏🙏
