I suggest trying magneton base and reuniclus evo. As reuniclus gets magic guard you can now spam steel beam. You can also pair it with life orb or scarf.

Used a similar set with Hakamo-o since it can use Compound Eyes Focus Blast though it sadly loses the fighting STAB

Butterfree, yes, but it still replaces the secondary type with Flying. Galvantula is a two-stage evolution, so it’s ineligible.
It doesn’t matter what type of Pokémon you crossevo into gholdengo. It’ll always be a Steel/Ghost type, which Gholdengo already has good moves for. Purely the stats and movepool matter.
Q1: Volcarona
Q2: Shedinja (It’s Health points are basically hit points)
Q3: Iron Bundle (I know it’s not an evolution, but Delibird got what it deserved and then some.
Nope, the base mon has to be a ghost type mon, in order to become ghost/steel as gholdengo
@@dracomenace No, a Pokémon cross evolving into Gholdengo will always be Steel/Ghost type. I’m serious. Try doing the command to cross Applin or some other non-ghost type into Gholdengo.
@@dracomenace The reason this happens is because the Pokémon’s first type is replaced by Steel, then the Pokémon’s second type becomes Ghost.

Oh yeah yup the last ones me and yeah I tried my hardest I was using a body press iron defense sweeper dusclopsi did have sucker punch on bisharp but didn’t get the chance to use it because primeape has Mach punch also yeah I was cooking with calyxes because cross evo allows at for some reason on another note I was kinda busy at the time too so couldn’t really pay attention to the screen and as you can clearly all see I got absolutely throttled but I got featured in a video lol also my reason for white herb is because I didn’t want to be slow on a fast Pokémon in a meta infested with sticky webs and in case of parting shot shenanigans
Sorry for the wall of text lol and also that sharpness primeape was brutal I gotta look out for that next time also yeah I mostly don’t have much experience against misdreavus after this I started using adaptability bisharp but I don’t think it helps my primeape matchup at all

And yes if you so choose you can laugh at me for not making the obvious bisharp play
My primeape actually doesn't have mach punch (it was Sucker Punch) but that battle was pretty close
