Narrator: "There's nothing Drew won't buy." Drew (Seems like) every episode: "Nope. Not for me." :D Thanks for sharing this show with us! It's always great fun to watch.
Turning down the torso models at the sculptor's studio was a very bad decision. Drew sometimes gets in his own way when he cannot see profit when it presents itself, and all because he considers a piece "too new". The torso models were priced very reasonable and would've flown off the web site. They would've made perfect decorator pieces and easily tripled his money - even though they're "too new"!
I think at least a certain part of it is ensuring that his stock is consistent. People know that when they buy from him they are always getting something original and relatively old and even if he could make money on something new, that doesn't mean he should.

I agree why do these people make him come all the over and around the country to not sell him one thing???!!!!! I know why it’s to get their places on TV for free advertising!!!! The people who do this I would never air their segment!!!
John now that's how to sale to him well done you people should research the value before they give thir stuff away for nothing ask for the right amount of money.
A lot of publicity and a lot of wasted time but Drew is not doing it for nothing. All the way to London to buy a leg? The money he makes on the boats has been in reality all chewed up by expenses. Drew can't sell these fireplaces, eh? A silly lamp shade? These are the ultimate fireplace surrounds made by the gods of georgian architecture, they were doing the chap a great favour by not buying them. Probably all sold since this programme. Entertainment and publicity. Still a fun programme.
Damm that guy is smart not to be taken by drew, for the mirror, selling it for £600 plus 25% of Drew's final sell price, that's the only time I've ever seen that on any reality picker tv show
A real live master sculpture offers you a piece of art for $25 and you insult Mr Webster? English snob your not fair enough for my taste! That man was a real artist and I think you offended me because you refused him $25
Ran across your show by accident. Love it. US has nothing to compare!
As allways, this series never gets old or boreing. I look forward to seeing more.
Absolutely love this show!! Thanks for sharing:)

@@alansimmonds9030 True. It just gives me a bit of a chuckle at the beginning of every episode.

He possibly suffered from something like Parkinsons's Disease, which should well happen to one of you two below one day ... it isn't pleasant!

Can't get enough of this show!
That nudist beach sign would've sold
That collection is crazy. I can't believe he has that many beautiful pieces from that era
The 4 panels of Matisse-type ladies would definitely be on my list! From Alex's sculptor uncle...
Love this show! Always lovely to see Enzo at the wrap!
Dave you gave your stuff a way 😂😂😂
Drew met more than his match with John!
Why do these people (The props warehouse) contact Drew if they don't want to sell anything?. Just for TV publicity and their 15 minutes of fame??

People need to let go of their things - easier - than just let it sit there - collecting dust.
Like the AMERICAN pickers ,but if you have junk why not sell it and make a little money????
Warum darf er die Sachen sehen - not for sale. You are kiding me?

Plenty before have requested a % take on the final sale....Sold @ $1,800 would mean he ends up with $900 in the end.
that was 25% of profit. cleaning polishing sales people.
