It doesn't seem that way, especially at 1 cost making your goblins more powerful. Maybe Scorpion to debuff the enemy a little? Nowhere near as effective though. The Hood/Viper cant really replace that curve either because you have to delay goblin.

Doc Oc into a T6 Ghost Spider is such a great move if you can use Doc on the right lane.
