Best and very clear advice for kidney patients with high urea creatinine which no other doctor would tell you. I am a CKD patient myself for the last 10 years or so but no doctor told me these things. I am sure if acted upon his advice patients would lower their urea creatinine to normal.

Thank you for an excellent and very informative video. You have explained the problem so well. My Cretanine and Blood Urea are marginally high. I was told to have them reduced prior to having CT Scan done. My kidney was removed because cancer was detected. The growth was 2 inches long and it was stage 1 of cancer. The surgery was performed in June 2022. My doctor told me I was cancer free. I hope I am. To bring down blood urea I have been on strict veggie diet for the last one month. I was told to drink lots of water to bring down Cretanine level. I am doing that. I will have blood test done on January 2, 2023. In any case, thank you for this wonderful information. Sir, I am 61 years old hypertension CKD patient since 2010. At that time my creatinine level was 1.4(0.7-1.2). And others blood test report was normal. But nowadays my creatinine level fluctuating 1.61 to 1.87 and potassium level is below normal level (hypokalemia). At present doctor prescribed the following Medicines: 1).Cetanil 10 for two time . 2).Aldectone 25 one daily. 3).Aztor 20 one bed time 4).Protera 40 as when required (empty stomach). Please advise how can decrease creatinine level and increase potassium level.

Doctor sahib I am from pakistan my creatinine level is 7.0 blood urea 110 potassium 5.5 phosphorus is 4 .5 my doctor advise me make festola and come for delysis but I have no symtoms urine is normal no swelling in foots or on face I am using tablet lophos,keto alfa n blood pressure tablets kindly advise me to how can i low my creatinine with medicine or with daily food.
