Thanks Cody, nice short video. The wiring reminds me of Grandpa's barn back in the forties, worked but an electrician's nightmare. Glad it's in a detached structure.
Keep the old unit and but a compatible capacitor, cheap part. If it corrects the problem then you have a backup.

Had same issue. Its actually the blue bit. Its the rellay goes bad and burns out cap. So just replacing cap doesnt work
