Yes, same rules as the worlds for the europeans : 9 fighters max in total per gender, 2 fighters max per weight class
I think every country can send maximum 3 athletes per category.
Last year at -63 Israel send 3 girls at this weight class

I love sode, but to be honest if it's done without proper contact it's dangerous for the elbow, if done with contact but the angle of the throw is not correct it's dangerous for the head.
People not always pay attention to how dangerous sode is without proper control.
I think it's fair to punish the athlete if a standing armlock comes out from an improper throw 🤷♂️
