No, the whole circuit will blows up, to convert ac to dc you will need a full bridge rectifier

Hi, I have used 110v winding for transformer because I need 110vdc output , but after rectifying I am getting 300 vdc , how do I reduce it. By removing capacitor from output I am getting 200vdc . How can I get 110 vdc ?
