قلعة بودروم، المعروفة أيضاً بقلعة سانت بيتر، هي قلعة تاريخية تقع في مدينة بودروم التركية. بُنيت القلعة في القرن الخامس عشر من قبل فرسان القديس يوحنا (المالطيين) وتُعتبر من أبرز معالم المدينة. تُستخدم حالياً كمتحف تحت اسم "متحف الآثار تحت الماء" وتعرض مجموعة من الآثار البحرية بالإضافة إلى تاريخ القلعة.
قلعة بودروم تعد واحدة من أفضل القلاع في تركيا، وتستعرض نمط العمارة العسكرية في القرون الوسطى. تحتوي القلعة على أبراج متعددة، مثل برج سانت بيتر وبرج العذراء وبرج سانت جان، وكل منها يحمل طابعاً معمارياً فريداً.
تحتوي القلعة أيضاً على متحف الآثار تحت الماء الذي يعرض مجموعة واسعة من القطع الأثرية التي تم العثور عليها في أعماق البحر، بما في ذلك تماثيل قديمة، أقمشة، وأواني خزفية. يُعتبر المتحف واحداً من أهم المعارض الأثرية تحت الماء في العالم.
