    I only speak English. What are all the meats? What is the name of the peppers? Why is most of the meat the same color? Do all of the patrons pay through their phone? Do all the patrons buy small amounts every day? Like just enough for one meal?

      Pork organs,beef,chicken legs.We call this pepper green pepper。All the meat is marinated in soy sauce, so it's the same colour.99% people pay by mobile phone, and few use cash.Yes, just one meal

      In China, everyone uses chopsticks to eat. It is cut to make it easier to pick it up with chopsticks
