totally feel what ruby says for intro into self affirmations for video, so genuine we all need to hear sometimes we matter and not be so hard on ourselves, I think being sad is okay and stuff too but nice trying to be happy with my life and how I treat myself because then I notice it makes things not get to me as much either and that is gold! Recently I've actually noticed that even though for the longest time I felt like my self-worth was at an all time high, taking a vacation off work for a month actually left a lot of free time for me and made me realise how untrue that is. It feels so good to listen to these affirmations, I just pretend that your voice is my inner thoughts. Thank you so much for this, you are so great.

Honestly, the best way to battle your thoughts (at least for me) is to take a shower, and then take a nap while your skin is soft. It’s one of the best things for my mind and it really helps.
If you like the idea I'd recommend getting like a fluffy mic cover, love your asmr alot and you seem like a great person hope you stay on the platform long you make it better☀️
Always remember to learn to love yourself before you learn to love others and in turn everything will gravitate towards you on its own. Hope everyone is doing well.
