Question. I just bought mine today, and am very sad that both FL Studio 11.1.1 AND Ableton Suite 9.1 both do NOT recognize my Apc Key. I realize that this is a dedicated Ableton controller, but would love to use it with FL. The transport controls, clip launch pads, and clip controls don't work at all. In both DAWs, the closest controller on drop down menus is APC key. Tried it, and still nothing works. What can I do?

AkaiProVideo Thanks for the reply! I actually contacted support and they were very helpful. But I actually wasn't able to re-configure the "Hard-Maps". What I ended up doing was running FL Studio as a Rewire Client in Live. Works flawlessly! :D
AkaiProVideo Mine isn't recognized by Ableton live suite 9.1, and they're is no apc key 25 in the control surface, juste apc20 and apc 40 can you help me with that?
