The month of December is always a fun one at Shadow Mountain Community Church.
A few weekends ago was big band Christmas weekend. We did a lot of well known Christmas tunes as well as a new one called "Christmas Day" written and arranged by one of my closest friends, Jordan Davis.

Loved ones near, laughing children play with toys
A world at peace, it almost seems like it was never winter
But days are short nights are long and for some the song is sad
Loved ones gone, the chances that they never had
