Learning to enjoy being alone is one of the most empowering things we can do. Buddhist wisdom helps us find peace within ourselves rather than seeking it from others

Loneliness is great but it should be practiced with care 😊. Isolation is dangerous. The line is thiner than it may seem

So true. And solitude did not only teach me that I AM enough but also that I HAVE enough. Opting out of meaningless relationships can also stop craving for THINGS that you don't need or that are not good for yourself.

This video is a powerful reminder that happiness starts within. 💖 I found the point at [02:37] about introspection leading to self-discovery so inspiring. It's a journey we should all prioritize. What small act of self-compassion will you practice today? #Buddhism

Loneliness is not frightening; what’s truly frightening is not knowing how to embrace it. When we learn to appreciate time alone, we realize that happiness depends on no one but ourselves.

However, connection is the opposite of addiction. Being a lone wolf in my addiction = hopelessness.

Have a motorcycle which some gals don't do anything with, so solo rides every so often with no destination for travel, or time to be home by.
Not much on dating relationships in last 4 years to be.
