@@zedlicious Same here. My jaw dropped as soon as I saw that, and I immediately scrolled to the comments to see if anyone else was as amazed by it as I was xD
I bought this as a gift for my friend ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxcZqgZ8Ynkiz5n_LxIWRlAicuzmz5kCHG who is just starting out in the world of wood work. He loves it!! There is a great section on different wood and what to use for what kind of job and a similar section for tools as well. The projects in it are things you probably would have a go at with clear instructions, pictures, videos and diagrams throughout. Great for a beginner/amateur wood worker.
This truly shows your critical thinking skills & ability to use what you have. I mean you're creating your own mortise & tenon using a router and a lathe using your table saw & a drill. You made your own drawer knobs for gods sake. You are a truly amazing wood worker!
I have watched your videos on and off over the past few years. I am so proud of you and impressed with your work. Keep up the good job!! Joseph from Mission Viejo, California.
Really the best Videos about wood Workshop are on your channel. With a bit of Jazz Even better. That will be great to get a tour from your Workshop with a revue of your equipments!
I watch a *lot* of UA-cam but this is easily one of the nicest pieces I’ve ever seen. It was built so clever and so well. I’ll say nothing about the table-lathe as I am speechless.
'As you can see, I'm not professional, and I know it is not perfect.' HOOOOMAN PLZ. This is a way fancier than I expected, great job! I wish I had the skills. Congrats, very cool!
@@ultralinx200 Yes and no. I see what you want to say, but simply having the tools doesn't make me a good worker. But yes, I can learn a lot of things these days, almost everything is on line! I just need to practice.
I love that you used oak for this and how the colour and grain lend themselves so well to this design. I get that walnut looks sleek and modern and I understand why it's everywhere but I feel it's too commonplace nowadays.
Incredible, beautiful, inspiring. Thank you for sharing! Are you open to sharing the detailed plans of the build? I would love to build something similar. Keep creating!
If these tools are cheap here in my country i probably have built many wood works. But unluckily it is so hard to buy tools like on this video. Great Job!
This is pure art. I wish I could ever made or at least had a desk like this. I will start to see the "DIY" title as " DIM - Do It Myself" dice few of us will have the skills to do such a thing
Very nice!! You may not be a professional, but you have clearly been a very attentive student of one who very much is! Congratulations on such good work!!
You are so gifted. How you don’t have more subscribers, I simply don’t know. Thanks for sharing. Please sell the plans btw, your fans would love to mimic you.
wow jenns, me gusta mucho tu trabajo con la madera, con herramientas simples, haces cosas maravillosas, te felicito, gracias por compartirlo. wow jenns, I really like your work with wood, with simple tools, you do wonderful things, I congratulate you, thanks for sharing it.
Beautiful designs, clean and modern. You also show that you don’t need a shop full of tools to do quality joinery. You put me to shame. I have a Festool domino that I now know I don’t really need. Keep up the good work.
Wow..U r really a creative girl as I saw in ur video.and also what a table u made.. I'll surely say to my carpenter to try to form such design... Great .......
Hi Jenn . I really like your work...you do a lot with drills. I think you should look into a drill press or a mini that you can set your drill into...it will really help you get perfect straight holes..your detail is amazing!
New subscriber here. I just want to say that I love yout video. It somehow made me so calm. I have been interested in woodworking lately and have been watching a lot of video about it. Your video is the best! They way you shot in different angles and the editing have really made me so fullfilled as a viewer. However, i notice you only have a few woodworking videos. I hope you can make more. Thank you.
You're incredibly gifted! The best part is the fact that there was NO TALKING. Other you tubers could take a few lessons from you. Don't have to over explain in order to be a great mentor
Only, recommendation is for that little enclosed hutch for a tower you need to possibly vent it more on the back or add fans to keep the tower cool so you have positive air flow through it.
Love it. People forget that mid century modern originally aimed to leverage economic materials like metal (you need less metal than wood for the same strength) and plywood.
If I could make one suggestion it would be to take a couple extra seconds at the end and show the sections like you did, but also add in some wider angle shots of the whole desk. I really wanted to see the finished product, but you didn’t really show it.
Very nice desk. I really like the way you work. Nice design and the different elements of your desk. I was surprised because of desk top. But it is very long. So it is much lighter easier to handle.
Really fantastic work. As well as the use of the table saw for a lathe. That was purely unconventional, practical and a genuinely great idea. Love the final result.
Incredible. I just stumbled upon your channel yesterday. I love the style of shooting and craftsmanship. Showing your mistakes and imperfections made me feel better about my own work! Subscribed!
You’re very talented, it’s mind blowing, making dominoes with a router, and how you rounded the legs with the table saw mind blowing. One thing doing voice over was make your videos reach the next level it would be way easier to follow what you’re doing, other wise you really really good.☺️
OK, that is seriously the coolest thing I have seen in woodworking how you used a the table saw as a lathe.
Pretty amazing
Whilst using the drill to turn it. My eyes fell out of my skull about then. Where did you learn this stuff OMG

um.. what's that mean? could u explain it?
@@ninanim usually you have a lathe machine and it does the job. for her, she used the table saw to lathe. totally unconventional but jaw dropping

Не часто на ютубе можно увидеть человека который так профессионально обращается с деревом. Лайк, подписка :)
Jigs for days! Nice to see someone be creative and get the most out of the tools they have.
This is unbelievable. You might be one of the best woodworker/designers on youtube.
I don't ever comment, but that table saw lathe earned you a thumbs up and a subscription. Absolutely genius.
I'm so impressed by the precision of your work. I can imagine the smell of your workroom.
I am new to this channel and so surprised that a woodworking video can make me so peace!

I'm sure everyone who dislike doesn't know how to put a nail into a piece of wood.
Excellent Job!
I can’t believe you were able to do that with those tools. This is unbelievable you’re amazing
That door know jig is so clever, 2 easy holes drilled in a piece and it makes perfect pieces!
I watch a *lot* of UA-cam but this is easily one of the nicest pieces I’ve ever seen. It was built so clever and so well.

I've seen a lot of wood working build. But never seen like this before. Such details make my brain explode. Great one!!
This is the purest , finest , quality and excellent wood working art i have seen so far .... awesome built.

Drawers are so precisely finished. Awesome wood work baby
That wood-turning trick is so cool!
You woodworking skills are brutal (in a good way) I really enjoyed everything you showed us.
Using a router to make dominos and table saw as a lathe blew my mind 🤯
That is truly impressive!
At first I was like what is she doing then saw her clean it up with the saw blade & my mind was blown as well.
That's isn't a fancy way to make a domino, the domino is a fancy way to make what she did.
Time stamp??
6:53 is the tablesaw/lathe.
Dobt know what a domino is...
Only your second wood-working project?!! This is seriously amazing. Great design and great craftsmanship!
I've never seen anyone turn a leg on a table saw, truly amazing.
One of, if not, the best woodworking video I've ever seen. Top notch stuff.

The “5 ?” Pieces you made to support the top are usually referred to as stand offs. Great design and very creative use of tools for the build!
True. But making those legs on the table saw scared the hell out of me to watch.

Gran trabajo, tienes un ingenio excepcional para hacer cosas tan versátiles con las herramientas, el truco con las jaladera de los cajones wooow.
